To report a lost, stolen, or compromised Visa® Check Card or HSA debit card:

During regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm), call WGSB's ATM Department at 800-564-2735.

Outside of business hours, call toll-free 888-297-3416 to have your stolen or compromised card shut off. 

 

IMPORTANT: To reduce fraud, turn your card off quickly, any time of the day or night, by using the Card Management tool within online and mobile banking. Once logged into your dashboard, scroll down to Card Management, select the impacted card, and click the toggle to off. If your card is lost and you find it, you can always return to Card Management and turn it on again.
